Police told the WestSide Star Thursday that "no foul play" was evident in the death of the 54-year-old Laurie resident. The body was taken to Columbia for an autopsy. Police believe Gross may have passed away during the afternoon hours before being found by a city employee at 8 p.m. Her van was parked near the playground.
