Anthony Wilbert Carlson, age 24, of Montreal, Mo. was charged with possession with intent to sell controlled substances (amphetamine), and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia (possession of narcotic equipment). Carlson’s bond was set at $5,000 cash or $100,000 surety.

Harriet Louise Dzurick, age 26, of Osage Beach, Mo. was charge with possession of a controlled substance and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia. Dzurick’s bond was set at $2,000 cash or $30,000 surety.

Jimmy Dean Eaton, age 22, of Osage Beach, Mo. was charged with the distribution/delivery/manufacture/production of controlled substances or attempt to do so or possession with intent to do so. Eaton was also charged with unlawful use of drug paraphernalia (possession of narcotic equipment). No bond was allowed for Eaton.

Megan Mae Massie, age 23, of Kansas City, Mo. (formerly of Osage Beach and Lake Ozark) was charged with possession with intent to sell controlled substances (amphetamine). Massie’s bond was set at $5,000 cash or $100,000 surety.

Warren Lee Wood, age 42, of Gravois Mills, Mo. was charged with possession of controlled substance and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia. Wood’s bond was set at $5,000 cash or $100,000 surety.

OSAGE BEACH, Mo. -- Five people were arrested for drug-related crimes on Tuesday, Sept. 25 at the Timber Ridge Apartments in Osage Beach.

The Osage Beach Police Department reported that at approximately 2:16 a.m., officers responded to a call regarding a noise disturbance at Timber Ridge Apartments. The first officer to arrive at the scene reportedly saw through a window three male subjects inhaling smoke through a glass pipe.

The department reported that when other officers arrived, they knocked on the door and Harriet L. Dzurick, the renter of the unit, answered while the males attempted to hide in various rooms. Dzurick reportedly consented to a search of the apartment, and police found marijuana, methamphetamine, and other narcotics inside. Five individuals were arrested and held in the Camden County Jail.

The individuals that were arrested:
